PRIDE Week Event at Lifecycles Wellness
June 17, 2009

Hi dear friends. Please join us in celebration of Pride week. This Mindful Sexuality workshop will bring nourishment to your heart, your spirit and your intimate self. It was designed to help you love and be intimate with yourself, just the way you are. I am very happy to join Sherap Winn in leading this class.
Blessings to all.

Workshop description
This intimacy workshop will help you get in touch with your intimate self and access some of the skills you already have for intimacy, self love and expression. We will begin by cultivating our self- awareness and presence within our bodies through practicing mindfulness meditation. We will then explore breathing techniques and exercises, acupressure points and movement to enhance your creative and intimate self.
By the end of the workshop you will:
• know a mindfulness meditation technique that you can practice daily
• have explored self- touch and intimacy
• have expanded your ability to communicate and create self awareness
• know breathing techniques and exercises to open and circulate your sexual energy
• bring your female energy into balance
This workshop is open to LGBTQ women and straight women who embrace sexual diversity.
Beginners and advanced level practitioners will both benefit from this workshop.
Cost: Donations are welcome.
Location: Lifecycles Wellness, 94 Cumberland Street, Suite 805, Yorkville, Toronto, ON
