Lotus Arts and Wellness is a one-stop alternative clinic that integrates the healing arts of Shiatsu Therapy, Movement Therapy and Home Remedy with Traditional Chinese Medicine concept to promote women’s health and assist couples on fertility and pregnancy.

About Guiomar CST, RN
Being a performing artist with a background in nursing and obstetrics, a diploma in Japanese shiatsu and acupuncture, and two home birth, Guiomar has dedicated her practice in empowering individuals and couples to take charge of their body by creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Guiomar has served as health consultant for the Portuguese and Brazilian community providing quality service in English and Portuguese.
Guiomar’s passion?
“I am committed to bringing a natural healing approach to women’s health issues by helping and empowering women towards having their babies naturally. “I was fortunate enough to realize my goal of giving birth to both my children at home. I believe many of the dif?culties women experience with infertility and pregnancy are related to mental and emotional stress and can be treated naturally without the use of drugs or other conventional approaches. My goal is to introduce Shiatsu combined with Acupuncture and Aromatherapy to promote overall health and longevity.
Guiomar created a wonderful line of Terapeutic massage oils for Female Reproductive Health called Guia’s Life Blends to help women throughout their cycles.
